About eric
WHY ERIC?
Most speakers teach focus because they've studied it.
Eric teaches focus because he had to learn it to survive.
Diagnosed with severe attention challenges as a child, Eric struggled throughout school and graduated high school with a 1.98 GPA.
Rather than accepting that as his future, he became fascinated with the science of attention, behavior change, mental conditioning, and performance.
The result?
A 3.5 college GPA, a successful career spanning more than 30 countries, hundreds of thousands of audience members, and more than two decades helping people unlock higher levels of performance.
Eric's presentations combine real-world experience, practical strategies, humor, and audience engagement to create an experience that is both memorable and immediately useful.
